Dan Zarlenga from the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) will discuss efforts to bring back native species and habitat, from deer and turkey in Missouri’s forests, to prairies in St. Louis’ urban cemeteries.

Dan is the Media Specialist for MDC’s St. Louis region, where he has served for the past 16 years. Prior to that he worked for 12 years in the audio/video production unit at MDC’s state headquarters in Jefferson City. With a BA in Communications, he began his career in radio and video production prior to coming to MDC.

  • Take I-70 to exit 229B for S 5th Street in Saint Charles.
  • Continue north on S 5th Street.
  • Turn Right onto Boone’s Lick Road.
  • Turn Left onto S Riverside Drive.
  • Turn into the parking lot.

There is a parking lot available along with street parking.
