Big Muddy Speaker Series presents:
From "Save it, don't pave it" to Green Infrastructure

Traditional large-scale developments bring the specter of long-term environmental damage in the form of disturbed watersheds, poor water quality, destroyed habitat and degradation of green space - not to mention a negative impact on Creve Couer Lak Park. But is that reality inevitable? A new idea, "green infrastructure,"is gaining momentum as a way to balance the value of nature and the demands of economic development.
